Gov. Malloy: Flags to Fly Half-Staff Friday in Recognition of 9/11 Anniversary
Governor Dannel P. Malloy is reminding Connecticut residents that U.S. and state flags should fly at half-staff from sunrise to sunset on Friday, September 11, 2015, in remembrance of the nearly 3,000 men, women and children who lost their lives in the 2001 terrorist attacks.

Gov. Malloy Announces Available Support to Towns and Cities for Brownfield Redevelopment
Governor Dannel P. Malloy today announced the Connecticut Department of Economic and Community Development (DECD) is accepting applications for $7.5 million in grants that will be awarded to help clean up former industrial sites in communities throughout the state, revitalizing these properties to put them back into productive use.
