  Eligible tenants in newly-constructed, rehabilitated and existing rental and cooperative apartment projects could receive rental subsidies through the federal Housing and Urban Development Section 8 Program.  Applicants for the program must meet the income limits. • Security Deposit Guarantee Program

  The Security Deposit Guarantee Program provides a guarantee to landlords for up to two month's rent rather than an actual cash payment for eligible individuals and family seeking to obtain rental housing.
