Department of Transportation (DOT) Separate Storm Sewer System General Permit

The Department of Energy & Environmental Protection (DEEP) hereby gives notice of the reissuance of the General Permit for the Discharge of Stormwater from the Connecticut Department of Transportation Separate Storm Sewer Systems (“CTDOT MS4 General Permit”) on June 23, 2025, becoming effective
July 1, 2025, and expiring on June 30, 2030.
